Admissions & Academic Policies page of SAKIMS College. Here, you will find important information regarding our admissions process, fee structures, migration policies and the rules and regulations that guide our academic environment.
1) Migration is discouraged. However if anyone has to migrate due to domestic or any reason this may be permitted only on discussion.
2) In case a students or his parents are determined for migration, he may be permitted on payment of next three months fee.
3) Migration will not be allowed unless the student has cleared all the college/hostel dues and outstanding payments.
1) Fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable, if students is unable to join the college for any reason what so ever.
2) Annual fund and 1st installment have to be paid initially at the time of admission and subsequent installments shall have to be paid according to the dates fixed by the college. After fixed date Rs.50/= per day will be charged.
3) If a student defaults in submission of college/Hostel dues for a period of one month, his name will be struck off from the college rules.
Students who expect to pass SSC (Matriculation) or its equivalent examination from any recognize board with a minimum aggregate of 65% marks in science group are eligible to apply for admission.
1) Pre-Engineering: for the students who have taken science group in SCC or its equivalent examination.
2) Pre-Medical: for the students who have taken science group with
Biology is SCC or its equivalent examination.
3) Provisional admission is given on the basis of SSC Part I (9th Class) or its equivalent examination. After the announcement of annual results by the boards, admissions of only those candidates will be confirmed and regularized who have secured a minimum of 65% marks in science group.
Any breech in the following rules may lead to them severe plenty, fine or struck off from college rules.
1) The colleges the almost priority for discipline and every student is bound to follow the rules and regulations of the college and maintain strict discipline.
2) Every student of the college is supposed to be punctual and regular in the class. It is expected that all the students will make sure of their availability in the respective classes before the said time. The day scholar will not be allowed to enter the college gate after the said time.
3) The college authorities shall reserve the right to search the personal belongings and baggage of the students at the time of entering college premises.
4) Wearing prescribed and proper uniform is necessary in a well-disciplined institute. So every students is advised to maintain his neat and clean uniform. No one is allowed to attend the class unless he wears uniform.
